Moxon Antenna 20m

This little beauty is our new homemade 20m Moxon Antenna. I used MoxGen software for the design part. Boom is made of aluminium, support is made of cheap fishing rods from local shop. For radiator and reflector I used 1,5mm2 grey stranded wire.

Update 20th January 2011: Last week we exchanged  this monoband moxon with 3 element 10-15-20m tribander yagi. The new antenna was manufactured by Italian company Eco which unfortunately is no longer in business. We keep moxon for portable use – the difference in weight compared to Eco is significant.
